Thomas Faast is a great facilitator, he managed and esteemed the participants (especially trainers are a difficult audience), he demonstrated his excellent coaching skills, it was a pleasure, to experience that. The content is very good, and Thomas Faast focused on the role of the coach at the first day, because the delegates had to leave their trainer/facilitator role behind.
